The report screens help you look back over the feelings you have recorded, and see how they have changed over time. You can also see what you were doing when you felt each feeling. For example, you may find that you feel Resentful mostly while doing household chores. You might feel Relaxed or Bored when watching TV, or Angry during meetings.
The Mood Report shows a pie chart of your moods during the last day, week, month, or year, depending on what you select using the ribbon above the graph.
If you tap on any wedge of the pie, you will see the feelings that you recorded for each mood during the selected time period. You can also tap the label of a pie wedge, or its corresponding color block in the legend area below the graph.
By selecting different time periods, you can see how your moods have changed over the last day, week, month and year.
The Feelings Report shows a pie chart of the specific feelings you reported when you were feeling a certain mood, which you selected by tapping on the Mood Report. For example, if you tapped Happy, this report might show that you were feeling Amused, Flowing and Joyful when you were in a Happy mood.
You can also see what you were doing when you felt any of these feelings. Simply tap on any of the wedges, labels, or legend entries in the pie chart. This will take you to the activity report for the selected feeling.
If you tap different timeframe buttons above the chart, you can see how your feelings within this mood have changed over the past day, week, month, and year.
To go back and select a different mood, click the “Moods” arrow in the ribbon bar and it will take you back to the previous report.
